It's that time again!

This is the first year that I've had the summer off while my kid was not in school. Since I'm not one to be that organized, I didn't really have a gameplan on how to keep said kid occupied while I'm taking care of a newborn. Thank goodness school starts next week, so at least he won't be bored out of his tree day after day. I'm not looking forward to waking up and getting him ready, but with the blessed lunch program in place, we will at least have a few hours to ourselves during the day. What a relief!

My mom had been bugging me to get him into sports this year, but I just couldn't make myself commit to it. Yep, I was selfish and wanted to sit around. Boo! I'm contemplating swimming lessons again in the fall, but it's been so long since his last class I'm afraid he won't remember what to do! Whatever...we learn as we go, right?

Anyhow, my tickety ticketing on the keyboard is making my dear lover lose his mind, so I'll keep this short and sweet for now. Hope y'all have a good night...
